The President, Directors’ Guild of Nigeria (DGN), Sir Victor Okhai heartily congratulates Dr. Samuel Sunday Ogunbiyi, Chairman, DGN Rivers state Chapter on his well-deserved appointment as the Head of Finance and Banking Department, University of Port Harcourt on January 25 2021.

The President in his message said, “As a Guild we thrive for excellence and strongly believe the appointment of Dr. Samuel Sunday Ogunbiyi will add great value to the guild and institution. We also know, he will not fail to bring his wealth of experience to bear in his new office having served creditably in all the previous offices he had held”.
The Directors’ Guild of Nigeria (DGN) also expresses her profound gratitude to the Vice Chancellor, Professor Stephen Okodudu and the University Governing Council for finding our colleague worthy of this high office, and for the honour done our Guild.
“We will continue to partner with you and indeed government at all levels toward the enhancement of proper accountability in our dear country for the well-being of all Nigerians”.
The
guild implores Dr. Samuel Sunday Ogunbiyi who took
over from Dr. L. L Torbira a very fruitful and rewarding tenure of
office.
